To orient the actions of the PNACC, during the 2022-2026 time period, towards the achievement of a development model that guarantees the climate resilience of Costa Rican society, avoids human losses and moderates the material damages generated by the adverse effects of climate change, contributes to increasing the quality of life of the most vulnerable populations, and takes advantage of opportunities to innovate and transform the productive sectors and ensure the continuity of services.
